Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Application Engineer to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal communication between customers, internal departments, suppliers, and corporate partners. You will lead product-related projects, provide technical services, and support continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal communication flow between customers, internal departments, suppliers, and corporate partners.
• Participate in acquisition activities and customer relation management
• Actively lead and participate in product group and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical and project documentation.
• Provide optimal technical service to customers and stakeholders.
• Lead product-related projects in an accurate, timely, and cost-effective manner.

Qualifications& Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics or Mechatronics.
• Knowledge of dynamic seal products.
• Project coordination experience, preferably IPMA-C certified.
• Familiarity with automotive cooling systems and quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, APQP).
• Proficiency in MS Office, CAD software (preferred Solid Edge), and Minitab.
• Fluent in English and German; French is a plus.
