EKK Eagle Industry is a leading global provider of sealing and control solutions in many industries. In business for more than half a century, EKK manufactures, researches, and develops mechanical seals, lip seals, and specialty valves, primarily used in the automotive industry.

EKK Sales Europe is the Sales & Marketing team of EKK in Europe. We are currently looking for an employee:

Marketing & Internal Sales (back office)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced B2B marketing communication professional with hands on mentality. The ideal candidate is able to develop and execute marketing activities to help grow EKK Eagle Industry in Europe, while interacting with stakeholders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Helps develop and execute marketing strategies and marketing year plan
  • Supports and initiates promotional activities for the sales team like marketing campaigns and participation at exhibitions and congresses
  • Provides active support in Account Based Marketing and similar customer projects
  • Promote and facilitate presentations and publications
  • Coordinate social media activities for EKK Europe
  • Coordinate and maintain corporate identity of EKK in Europe
  • Build brand awareness for company and products
  • Manage marketing budget
  • Co-managing the CRM system
  • Conducts competition, research and analysis
  • Analyses data, databases for market development and potential projects
  • Regularly generates management information such as revenue statistics, monthly reports, forecasting and evaluation
  • Manages and ensures the correct provision of information from the customer portals to the internal organization
  • Takes care of contract reviews including communication with any external advisors
  • Ensures correct information provision with regard to the CSR (customer-specific requirements) including feedback to sales managers
  • Gives support to the account managers

Qualifications& Experience:

  • Relevant MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar B2B position
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, website and AI tools
  • You have a good command of the English and German language, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of the French and/or Italian language is an advantage

  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
  • Excellent social and communicative skills
  • Proactive, self-employed, but also team player with a commercial mindset

Marketing and back office function can be combined (36-40 hrs) but also split in 2 part time jobs with different focus each.
